Research Use and Compliance Statement
Effective date: 21 July 2026. Last updated: 21 July 2026.
All compounds catalogued by Biogenetic Research Labs Ltd are for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicinal products and are not for human or veterinary use.
Terms of research use
- The compounds catalogued by Biogenetic Research Labs Ltd are research-grade peptides and related compounds listed for in-vitro laboratory research only.
- They are not for human use and not for veterinary use.
- They are not for diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of any condition, and are not for ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application or any other form of administration.
- They are not medicinal products within the meaning of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, which sit under the Medicines Act 1968. They are not licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and carry no marketing authorisation. No medicinal claim is made about any of them.
- They are not food, food supplements, novel foods or cosmetics, and are not marketed as such.
- Biogenetic Research Labs Ltd is not a pharmacy, is not a licensed manufacturer or wholesale dealer of medicinal products, and does not compound, prescribe or dispense.
- No guidance on preparation, quantity or administration is provided, and none will be provided on request.
- The research user is responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations governing the receipt, handling, storage, use and disposal of research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
What we do not do
These are stated because their absence is the point. Each is a practice common in this category and each is deliberately not present on this site.
- No dosing calculator. We publish no reconstitution calculator, no syringe-unit conversion, and no concentration tool. A syringe-unit readout has no in-vitro meaning and its presence would contradict every research-use statement on the site.
- No preparation or administration guidance, on the site or in response to an enquiry.
- No human-delivery presentations. Vials only. No nasal sprays, no pens, no pre-filled syringes.
- No prescription-only medicines. The catalogue contains no GLP-1 receptor agonist, no hCG, and no compound whose supply for human use requires a prescription in the United Kingdom.
- No affiliate programme. We do not create third-party marketing we cannot police, because under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 those claims would be ours.
- No benefit or protocol content. No article describes an outcome, a benefit, a dose or a protocol.
- No countdown, no manufactured urgency, no strikethrough reference pricing. A resetting limited-time offer is a banned practice under Schedule 1 paragraph 7 of the CPRs 2008, carried into the DMCCA 2024.
- No fabricated proof. No user count, no laboratory count, no batch percentage, no testimonial, no star rating, no accreditation we do not hold.
How we operate this position
- Access control. Every visitor confirms they are 18 or over and that they are accessing the catalogue in a research capacity before any catalogue content is usable. The confirmation is cookie-backed and enforced in middleware. A declined confirmation closes access from that device for 24 hours and lands on a page with no route back into the catalogue.
- Order-level confirmation. Every order requires a separate, unticked, blocking age and research-use confirmation. We record the time, a truncated IP address, and a hash of the exact acknowledgement text as it was shown, and retain it for six years with the order.
- Destination control. We deliver only to destinations on a published allowlist. Compounds that cannot be listed to a given destination are marked on their page and blocked at checkout for that destination, by compound and by destination, on the server.
- Listing discipline. No compound is listed as suitable for human use. No compound is listed without a released batch and a published Certificate of Analysis for that batch.
- Claim ceiling. Two analytical methods are named anywhere on this site: high-performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. No other analysis is claimed. No purity threshold is claimed as a promise. A purity figure appears only as a measured value attached to a named batch on a published Certificate of Analysis, and it is rendered from the batch record rather than typed into a page.
- No accreditation claim. We do not claim UKAS, ISO, GMP or GLP status, and we do not describe any laboratory as ours. Where an independent laboratory is named, it is named because that laboratory ran the analysis for that batch and its name is on the report.
- Accurate export declarations. Customs declarations state the true description, commodity code and value. Requests to declare otherwise are refused and the order is cancelled.
- Consumer law. The 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is given in full. Exceptions under regulation 28 are relied on only where they genuinely apply and only where the exception was stated on the compound’s page before the order was placed. Total price is shown before payment and nothing is added afterwards.
- Data protection. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Non-essential cookies are not set before consent, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.
