Storage and Handling

How each compound arrives, what is printed on the vial, and how to store it on receipt.

All compounds catalogued by Biogenetic Research Labs Ltd are for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicinal products and are not for human or veterinary use.

For laboratory research only. Not for human consumption. No medical claims.

01

What arrives

01

Sealed vial

A sealed 3ml vial, one compound per vial, at the presentation named on the compound’s page.

02

Plain outer packaging

The outer packaging is plain and carries no compound name. The inner packaging carries the compound name, the presentation, the batch number and the research-use-only marking.

03

A batch number that resolves

The batch number on the vial is the same number on the dispatch note and in your order record. Once the batch is released, it resolves to that batch’s Certificate of Analysis at Verification.

02

On arrival

01

Check before anything else

Check the vial seal, the vial and the outer packaging. If the seal is broken, if the vial is damaged, or if the packaging shows it has been opened, do not use the contents.

02

Photograph and report within 48 hours

Email us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging, the inner packaging and the vial.

03

Match the batch number

Check the batch number against the dispatch note, and against the Certificate of Analysis published for that batch once it is released. If they do not match, tell us before you use it.

04

The 14-day right runs while the seal is intact

It is lost for that vial once the seal is broken. The full position is in Cancellations, Returns and Refunds.

03

Holding the vial

Storage conditions are published per compound, below. Where a condition is not yet published, the table reads "Confirmed on dispatch", and the condition is stated on the dispatch note that arrives with the vial. Keep vials sealed until use, upright, in their inner packaging, and out of direct light. Do not decant into another container: the batch number, the seal and the record all belong to the vial.

Questions

Every released batch has a document.

The Certificate of Analysis for a batch is published when that batch is released. Your batch number then resolves to the report. Specimen documents on this site are for demonstration only.
