Every compound in the catalogue is a pre-mixed liquid in a 3ml vial. Nothing needs preparing before laboratory use.

Sealed vial
A sealed 3ml vial, one compound per vial, at the presentation named on the compound’s page.

Plain outer packaging
The outer packaging is plain and carries no compound name. The inner packaging carries the compound name, the presentation, the batch number and the research-use-only marking.

A batch number that resolves
The batch number on the vial is the same number on the dispatch note and in your order record. It resolves to that batch’s Certificate of Analysis at Verification.

Check the vial seal, the vial and the outer packaging. If the seal is broken, if the vial is damaged, or if the packaging shows it has been opened, do not use the contents.
Photograph and report within 48 hours
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging, the inner packaging and the vial.
Match the batch number
Check the batch number against the dispatch note, and against the Certificate of Analysis published for that batch. If they do not match, tell us before you use it.
The 14-day right runs while the seal is intact
It is lost for that vial once the seal is broken. The full position is in Cancellations, Returns and Refunds.
